Nick Hampton is from Columbus, Ohio where he graduated with a finance degree from The Ohio State University. After graduation, Nick made the move to Breckenridge. He began working for SkyRun Copper, then transferred to the Keystone location, where he has worked for last 5 years. When he is not working, his love for the mountains keeps him exploring the backcountry year round, either splitboarding, or finding alpine lakes to fish. In his free time Nick also enjoys riding motocross, back-packing, and playing guitar.

Am I limited in how many days I can spend at my home?

No! You can decide how many days you’d like to spend in your home, and how many days you’d like to rent out. We can adapt to your wants and needs as a second homeowner. The only limits are those imposed by any state or county regulations that may be relevant to your home.

What are your fees?

We’re transparent about our pricing because as vacation home owners ourselves, we were tired of unexpected charges on our owner statements. SkyRun has a base commission fee that is determined by each location. No extra fees for onboarding, starting up, or ongoing service.

How do you get my property earning more revenue versus other managers?

(1) Our in-house technology prevents us from having to invest in pricey third-party tools. By keeping operational costs low, we pass the savings on to you.
