The Estate Interior:

This vacation home was designed to create an opulent residence for luxurious enjoyment of Colorado. 

Outfitted with classic lodge furnishing accented by leather and hardwood, the living space is expansive and accommodating for everyone in the group. You’ll find it easy to gather round the fireplace and trade repartee, indulge in movie night, or even have a foosball tournament. 

Bedrooms and Bathrooms:

The estate has 4 bedrooms and two extra bedding set ups, ready to sleep up to 12 people comfortably. 

It includes a master (king sized) bedroom, 3 guest bedrooms with double or queen sized beds, and a bunk room with a trundle included. There are two additional sleep set ups are in the form of a 2 queen sleeper sofas. 

With 3 full bathrooms that include either showers or a freestanding tub, plus an additional half bath, mornings can easily be planned for conducting daily routines.

The Lodging Set Up:

This rustic log cabin was designed to be a perfect base camp for complete enjoyment of the expansive landscape.

Outfitted with classically quaint furnishings accented by hardwood decor, the living space is cozy and accommodating for everyone in the group. You’ll find it easy to gather round the fireplace for hot chocolate and repartee, watching the mountain weather evolve each day through an abundance of windows.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms:

The home has 3 bedrooms and an extra bedding set up, ready to sleep up to 6 people comfortably. 

It includes a master (king sized) bedroom, 2 guest bedrooms with queen sized beds plus a twin, and a sleeper sofa for back up (5 beds in all).

Guests of the Alders also receive access to the Dakota Lodge Pool and Hot Tub in River Run Village. Pool Keys are located in the property.  

There is a 1 car garage and additional parking for 2 vehicles in the driveway of this home.

THE SKYRUN ADVANTAGE: All SkyRun Keystone properties come stocked with a basic starter package of paper towels, toilet paper, facial tissue, hand/body soap, conditioning shampoo, dish soap, sponge and dishwasher detergent (this is a 3-4 night supply, guests may purchase additional products locally). Each home is equipped with high-end bed linens and towels. Kitchens are stocked with a coffee maker, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils and small appliances.

WARNING:  4WD or AWD vehicles required in the winter, snow and ice will be on all surfaces including driveways and roads - no refunds for towing or cars that get stuck.  Some homes require 4WD or AWD in the non-winter months due to dirt roads, and uneven surfaces - call for more information about your rental.

COLORADO TRACTION LAW: Starting Sept. and running through May 31 of each year, all drivers on I-70 between Morrison and Dotsero will be required to adhere to the traction law, which requires vehicles to have either four-wheel drive or all-wheel drive with snow or mud+snow-rated tires, or specialized winter tires, chains or other traction devices for cars with two-wheel drive. Ensure you have the correct equipment when driving in Colorado. Talk with your rental car company if you are planning to rent.
