The location is desirable with all of Keystone’s attractions close by, yet just far enough away to ensure peace and quiet whenever you’re ready to relax. The Seasons at Keystone offers shared amenities including a hot tub and steam room.

The kitchen is fully stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home and features granite countertops and new appliances. The breakfast bar seats four. The bathroom is just off the main living area and features granite countertops and a shower/tub combination. It is stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries. There is a free shuttle that picks up right in front of Trappers Crossing every 15 minutes which will take you to the slopes of Keystone and River Run Village. There is a grocery store located in Dillon, about a 15 minute drive from Keystone.

This two bed/two bath unit features breathtaking views of the Snake River Basin and Keystone Mountain, which is lit at night. The living room features a warm fireplace and you’ll always find a half cord of wood on the deck. Here you’ll find all of the comforts of home with all major appliances including a dishwasher and microwave oven. We also have a private dry sauna that seats up to four people, a hot tub inside of our apartment and an open-air porch.


We are short walk to the Ski Lifts and the base of the mountain. Even though Keystone is known for some fantastic winter skiing, the summer season is magnificent, with mean temperatures about 75 degrees. Because of the winters, you’ll also enjoy a summer free of insects. The Continental Divide is just about 10 minutes away, and there are hundreds of acres of wild flowers that will stun your senses. Golf, hiking, jeep tours horseback riding are just a few sports to enjoy nearby. From our location you can travel to Texas, Arizona, Utah, New Mexico and all the surrounding states to expand your vacation experience.

We are located in Summit County, home to hundreds of restaurants and the neighboring towns of Vail, Breckenridge, Silverthorne (where there are over 72 factory stores with great bargains) and Dillon.

The condo has been recently remodeled with new carpeting, new window blinds, new window drapes, All new stainless steel kitchen appliances, a new hot tub and fresh paint throughout.

Soda Springs is a nice, quiet community tucked away on Soda Springs Rd. The Keystone Shuttle comes every 15 minutes and will take you to and from the mountain. The closest lift is Peru Lift, which is located in Mountain House base area. The shuttle can also take you to River Run if you are looking to take the gondola or do a little bit of shopping. There are also a number of hiking trails nearby for you to enjoy during the summer time. Keystone Gulch is a great little walk just up the road from this condo. Down Soda Springs Rd, you will find the Keystone Stables, where you can go horseback riding. Soda Springs also has an outdoor swimming pool and hot tubs to enjoy during your stay.

THE SKYRUN ADVANTAGE: All SkyRun Keystone properties come stocked with a basic starter package of paper towels, toilet paper, facial tissue, hand/body soap, conditioning shampoo, dish soap, sponge and dishwasher detergent (this is a 3-4 night supply, guests may purchase additional products locally). Each home is equipped with high-end bed linens and towels. Kitchens are stocked with a coffee maker, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils and small appliances.

WARNING:  4WD or AWD vehicles required in the winter, snow and ice will be on all surfaces including driveways and roads - no refunds for towing or cars that get stuck.  Some homes require 4WD or AWD in the non-winter months due to dirt roads, and uneven surfaces - call for more information about your rental.

COLORADO TRACTION LAW: Starting Sept. and running through May 31 of each year, all drivers on I-70 between Morrison and Dotsero will be required to adhere to the traction law, which requires vehicles to have either four-wheel drive or all-wheel drive with snow or mud+snow-rated tires, or specialized winter tires, chains or other traction devices for cars with two-wheel drive. Ensure you have the correct equipment when driving in Colorado. Talk with your rental car company if you are planning to rent.
