FLEXIBLE CANCELLATION: Here at SkyRun, we know this is a strange time filled with uncertainty. This is why we are offering a flexible change and cancellation policy. 
CLEANING: SkyRun is performing rigorous cleaning procedures as recommended by the CDC, AHLA, and VRMA to keep our guests healthy and our homes clean. Following the cleaning process, housekeepers will then disinfect properties with a hospital-grade disinfectant. 
SHARED OR COMMUNITY POOLS / HOT TUBS / CLUB HOUSES:  While private hot tubs remain open,  most shared workout facilities, community pools, community hot tubs remain closed due to COVID-19.  Nightly rates have been adjusted due to these temporary public health restrictions of amenities.  Only a few shared pool/hot tub areas are open. Lakefront 1-bedroom with 1-car garage. South exposure overlooking Keystone Lake with views from Keystone ski slopes to Peaks 1 - 4 of the Tenmile Range. Enjoy paddle boating on Keystone Lake and ice skating in the winter. Great location convenient to Lakeside Village shops and restaurants. Close to Snake River and bike/walking path. Great condo across from Keystone Conference Center, East Lake indoor pool, hot tub and sauna. Shuttle to ski base.

-- Within steps of the building, in Lakeside Village, there are also two restaurants, a convenience store, full-service spa, outdoor      ice-skating (winter), boating (summer), playground, river access, bike path that connects to the Dillon Reservoir, the towns of Dillon (5 miles), Frisco (12 miles), Breckenridge (15 miles), Copper (20 miles) and Vail (for the fit and adventurous- 40 miles).
-- Adjacent to Conference Center: a walkway through a lighted tunnel makes an easy walk without having to cross the highway.
-- No Pets/No Smoking
-- Must be 25 Years of Age
-- Air Conditioning: NO. Due to the mild high alpine climate, many properties are not equipped with air conditioning.
 
THE SKYRUN ADVANTAGE: All SkyRun Keystone properties come stocked with a basic starter package of paper towels, toilet paper, facial tissue, hand/body soap, conditioning shampoo, dish soap, sponge and dishwasher detergent (this is a 3-4 night supply, guests may purchase additional products locally). Each home is equipped with high-end bed linens and towels. Kitchens are stocked with a coffee maker, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils and small appliances.

WARNING:  4WD or AWD vehicles required in the winter, snow and ice will be on all surfaces including driveways and roads - no refunds for towing or cars that get stuck.  Some homes require 4WD or AWD in the non-winter months due to dirt roads, and uneven surfaces - call for more information about your rental.

COLORADO TRACTION LAW: Starting Sept. and running through May 31 of each year, all drivers on I-70 between Morrison and Dotsero will be required to adhere to the traction law, which requires vehicles to have either four-wheel drive or all-wheel drive with snow or mud+snow-rated tires, or specialized winter tires, chains or other traction devices for cars with two-wheel drive. Ensure you have the correct equipment when driving in Colorado. Talk with your rental car company if you are planning to rent.
