- Cancel 21 days before your arrival date for a 100% refund. You may also change your reservation for no additional fee 21 days prior to arrival.
- No refunds offered for cancellations within 21 days of arrival.
- If stay at home orders are in place or similar travel restrictions are imposed that restrict your ability to travel to Keystone you will be issued a SkyRun Credit in the amount of your booking to be used 365 days from your original arrival date.
- The travel credit also pertains to all reservations that are affected if Keystone Resort closes at any time.
This policy is only in effect for reservations with an arrival date prior to 10/01/21.

CLEANING: SkyRun is performing rigorous cleaning procedures as recommended by the CDC, AHLA, and VRMA to keep our guests healthy and our homes clean. Following the cleaning process, housekeepers will then disinfect properties with a hospital-grade disinfectant.
SHARED OR COMMUNITY POOLS / HOT TUBS / CLUB HOUSES: While private hot tubs remain open, most shared workout facilities, community pools, community hot tubs remain closed due to COVID-19. Nightly rates have been adjusted due to these temporary public health restrictions of amenities. Only a few shared pool/hot tub areas are open. Please email keystone@skyrun.com to get the latest info on pool closures.
This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo sleeps 4 with a king bed features a brand new private hot tub overlooking the river! The Seasons at Keystone is a new complex near Lakeside Village in Keystone. The living area features beautiful wooded views, a gas fireplace, and radiant floor heating. Granite countertops and stainless steel appliance in the kitchen. The location is desirable with all of Keystone’s attractions close by, yet just far enough away to ensure peace and quiet whenever you’re ready to relax. The Seasons at Keystone offers shared amenities including a hot tub and steam room.
The kitchen is fully stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home and features granite countertops and new appliances. The breakfast bar seats four. The bathroom is just off the main living area and features granite countertops and a shower/tub combination. It is stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries. There is a private laundry area off the kitchen. The bedroom features a queen-sized bed and a flat screen TV.
The Seasons at Keystone is about a 10 minute walk to Keystone Lake on a meandering paved bike path. Nestled amongst mature pines and near the base of a mountain, this complex is a great choice for those seeking a peaceful environment while still being close to all the resort has to offer.
This complex features a shared hot tub that offers beautiful views. Hiking, biking and snowshoeing are just steps from the complex and the out of the way location makes for great wildlife viewing. Guests can head over to the shuttle stop to anywhere in the resort.

| Getting around | Lakeside Village is a short five to eight-minute walk away, depending on the route taken, where you can enjoy ice skating, hockey, canoeing and paddleboating or visit one of the many shops and restaurants.Keystone Lodge & Spa is north of the complex and just four to six minutes away if walking. The River Course at Keystone is only a five-minute drive away while the Keystone Ranch Course is a bit further at seven to eight minutes. The bike path is east of the complex and runs throughout the resort and all of Summit County. The rest of the resort is a short drive or shuttle ride away where you can enjoy skiing, snowboarding, ice skating, tubing and gondola rides. Drive to the Mountain House Base Area in three minutes and River Run Village in less than six minutes. The resort shuttle can take guests to many nearby activities including hockey, sleigh rides, paddleboating, canoeing and golf.
