- Cancel 21 days before your arrival date for a 100% refund. You may also change your reservation for no additional fee 21 days prior to arrival.
- No refunds offered for cancellations within 21 days of arrival.
- If stay at home orders are in place or similar travel restrictions are imposed that restrict your ability to travel to Keystone you will be issued a SkyRun Credit in the amount of your booking to be used 365 days from your original arrival date.
- The travel credit also pertains to all reservations that are affected if Keystone Resort closes at any time.

CLEANING: SkyRun is performing rigorous cleaning procedures as recommended by the CDC, AHLA, and VRMA to keep our guests healthy and our homes clean. Following the cleaning process, housekeepers will then disinfect properties with a hospital-grade disinfectant.
SHARED OR COMMUNITY POOLS / HOT TUBS / CLUB HOUSES: While private hot tubs remain open, most shared workout facilities, community pools, community hot tubs remain closed due to COVID-19. Nightly rates have been adjusted due to these temporary public health restrictions of amenities. Only a few shared pool/hot tub areas are open. Please email keystone@skyrun.com to get the latest info on pool closures.
201 Oro Grande is a great corner unit with astonishing views of the western mountain ranges. Kick your feet up and relax with friends by the fire in comfort on newly updated furnishings in the living room while watching a movie on the flat-screen TV. The living room lets in a lot of natural light which creates a comfortable environment to relax in. Enjoy the fully stocked kitchen which features everything you'll need to cook your own meals during your stay. The large dining table can seat up to four people and there is a smaller game table next to the sliding glass doors looking out over the mountains.
Down the hall, you will find the first bedroom on your left which features a set of twin bunk beds and a double bed. There is a hall bathroom featuring a bathtub/shower combination for guests use. The master bedroom features a queen-sized bed and ensuite master bathroom.
Oro Grande has several amenities to offer such as an indoor pool and hot tub, a comfortable lobby, and underground parking. This building is a short walk (5 minutes) to Mountain House base area or you can take the free shuttle over to River Run base area. Plus, this building is only a minute away from our check-in center, where we can help you with anything you may need during your stay.
Oro Grande is one of the newest buildings in the resort with great amenities. You can walk a little and save a LOT at Oro Grande.

What To Be Aware Of
- None of our units here in Keystone have air conditioning. The temperature in the Rockies cools off around 8 o'clock in the evening every day, therefore an AC is unnecessary.
- You have to take an elevator up to the second floor to gain access to the unit.
