- Cancel 21 days before your arrival date for a 100% refund. You may also change your reservation for no additional fee 21 days prior to arrival.
- No refunds offered for cancellations within 21 days of arrival.
- If stay at home orders are in place or similar travel restrictions are imposed that restrict your ability to travel to Keystone you will be issued a SkyRun Credit in the amount of your booking to be used 365 days from your original arrival date.
- The travel credit also pertains to all reservations that are affected if Keystone Resort closes at any time.
This policy is only in effect for reservations with an arrival date prior to 10/01/21.

CLEANING: SkyRun is performing rigorous cleaning procedures as recommended by the CDC, AHLA, and VRMA to keep our guests healthy and our homes clean. Following the cleaning process, housekeepers will then disinfect properties with a hospital-grade disinfectant.
SHARED OR COMMUNITY POOLS / HOT TUBS / CLUB HOUSES: While private hot tubs remain open, most shared workout facilities, community pools, community hot tubs remain closed due to COVID-19. Nightly rates have been adjusted due to these temporary public health restrictions of amenities. Only a few shared pool/hot tub areas are open. Please email keystone@skyrun.com to get the latest info on pool closures.

Popular oversized Two Bedroom with new flat panel HDTV in the most popular building in Keystone, The Springs. This unit is also recently underwent renovations, featuring granite counters, new flooring and stainless steel appliances!
This two bedroom has a very nice floor plan that adds room to the dining and living areas where you need it most. This is not your typical two bedroom River Run cramped condo. This condo is located in the most popular building in Keystone; The Springs only steps from the gondola. Walk out the ski locker room door and you're as close as the $30/day paid parking lot.
The fresh flooring and furniture make this condo quite charming. The open main living area features two new plush couches, one of which is a sleeper sofa! There's wood like tile flooring throughout the main living area and the kitchen has been completely redone featuring granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. There's a beautiful dining room table with a nice bench seat. The larger flat screen tv is a nice addition over the cozy gas fireplace.
The guest bedroom features a queen bed with new bedding and a tv. Just across the hall is a large guest bathroom with a dual vanity, also featuring new fixtures and granite countertops.
The master suite also has a new king sized pillow top mattress, flat screen tv, nice closet and is very large. The ensuite bathroom makes getting ready a breeze with the separated vanity and water closet.
