Immaculate, exquisite, and impeccably decorated/furnished ground floor Ski-In Ski-Out unit with ten foot high ceilings, elegant family room, and wonderful master bedroom. The Timbers will make you feel as if you're in someone's home rather than a rental unit.
THE CONDO: This first floor condo is the largest one bedroom ski-in/ski-out Timbers condo in Keystone. The ten foot high ceilings give this unique condo a great airy and warm feel. Relax in the elegant living room on the leather furniture in front of the gas fireplace and 42 inch flat screen TV, complete with a DVD library and iPOD/MP3/CD player. There is also a queen size Murphy bed in the living room for additional sleeping arrangements. There is a washer and dryer in the unit for your convenience in addition to high speed wireless internet. There are even a couple of sleds in the closet for the little ones to enjoy on the hill next to the condo.
The wonderful master bedroom features a new king size mattress on a custom hand made "Willow Bed" with new bedding. A flat screen TV and DVD player will set the mood for a sound sleep. There is a private entrance to your separate balcony off your bedroom. The oversized en suite bathroom features double sinks, a large whirlpool tub, and a separate walk in glass shower. The guest bathroom also has a walk in shower. The luxurious Timbers lobby, complete with baby grand piano is only ten feet down the hall, and your private ski locker only twenty five feet away from your front door.
The Timbers provides unmatched Ski-In Ski-Out access to Keystone mountain, yet feels "worlds away" from the activity of River Run village. It is bordered on one side by the Snake River, and the other side by the mountain itself - one of only two condos in all of Keystone that can claim this special 'remoteness'. Enjoy the pristine wilderness and pure mountain air while vacationing among the towering pines. Afterwards, enjoy The Timbers one-of-a-kind amenities.
FAMILY FIRST: This is the perfect sized unit in a luxury complex for a small family looking for a peaceful, elegant, and convenient place to spend quality family time with their children to create those special 'Kodak moments.' Access to skiing and amenities (listed below) cannot get any easier, particularly for families with young children.
PARENTS - love this ground floor unit in a family-focused 'Ritz Carlton' style complex as they relax in The Timbers' elegant lounge (steps away from condo unit) and keep an eye on the kids playing in the heated pool, splashing in hot tub or roasting smores at the fire pit.'KIDS - (ours included) love this unit as they can dash in and out of condo at a momentâs notice and be in the pool, hot tub or at the fire pit, and out of 'earshot' of parents watching events from behind a 'wall of windows' COUPLES - and parents (leave the kids behind) looking for a romantic 'escape', love this place as they can indulge themselves in the peace and tranquility of an exquisite and remote mountain experience, yet be a tranquil five minute walk from the energy inherent in the nightlife of a major ski resort. Indulge yourselves - you'll leave feeling completely refreshed and like a kid again.
DAILY ROUTINE: Wake up, have coffee, pick up complimentary paper from lounge (10' away), feed kids breakfast, dress kids, get skis out of private ski locker, strap on boards, push off, start skiing. Thatâs as difficult as it gets. Whenever you and/or kids need to: take a break, stop to warm up, get something to drink or eat, or tykes need that 'instant' potty break, just ski right in. No need to waste time standing in line in the mountain-side restaurants, restrooms, etc, Hot cocoa, coffee, tea and energy bars available in lounge all day long. And, if you're up for night skiing, you're right there as soon as dinner is over.
AMENITIES - WHAT ELSE TO DO?: Following your day on the slopes, there is still plenty to do in The Timbers itself⦠and all of these amenities are just steps outside of your ground floor unit.
MILITARY: Active duty, retired military and veterans of Iraq/Afghan operations - we honor your sacrifice and service. Thank you for all you do.
BOTTOM LINE: Prepare yourself for a special mountain adventure marked by the most intimate, serene and luxurious complex in Keystone.

1-5 Apr 2010... Dear Tim and Dana: Thank you for sharing your wonderful vacation home with us. With all of your special touches it truly felt like we were staying at a friend's home, not a typical vacation rental. We especially loved the complimentary bottles of wine, Colorado micro-brews, Honor Bar, Smores' Bar, videos and your family photos. Your attention to all the small details, notes on how to use everything and the warm and comfy decor made this by far the nicest vacation rental we've ever stayed in. It is so well stocked and furnished there was not one thing we wished for. We also appreciated your pre-arrival communication with us with useful info such as grocery store location, weather and slope info and link to driving conditions. We hope to return to Keystone someday and to stay in your beautiful home-away-from-home! Sincerely, Marcella, Bill and Matthew; Bethesda, MD

We bought all the basics and were surprised upon arriving that those items were already there! Your place had all the amenities of home, and although we've stayed at many VRBO rentals in the past, yours was actually the 1st condo we've stayed in that was as great as it appeared online. We can't wait to stay there again. Thank you, Jeff & Melissa Brizic , Colorado Springs, CO

8-13 Jan 2009... Hi Tim and Dana, We just got in from an amazing stay at your condo!! We really hated to leave and have to say it was our best trip to Keystone yet. We had great snow, little crowds, and a wonderful place to call home - it was peaceful and elegant. You were right about the amenities - as we loved the sauna, steam room and Jacuzzi, and really enjoyed the ski in/ski out availability. Thank you so much for the opportunity to stay at your Timbers' unit. All in all we would love to come back next year and we hope you are still allowing others to stay here to share the experience. This is a fantastic condo. It is the perfect location and very nice. I visited in the off season, but this place would be amazing in ski season. Excellent owner to work with and would love to visit again. Todd , Salt Lake City, UT
