- Cancel 21 days before your arrival date for a 100% refund. You may also change your reservation for no additional fee 21 days prior to arrival.

- If stay at home orders are in place or similar travel restrictions are imposed that restrict your ability to travel to Keystone you will be issued a SkyRun Credit in the amount of your booking to be used 365 days from your original arrival date.
- The travel credit also pertains to all reservations that are affected if Keystone Resort closes at any time.
This policy is only in effect for reservations with an arrival date prior to 10/01/21.

CLEANING: SkyRun is performing rigorous cleaning procedures as recommended by the CDC, AHLA, and VRMA to keep our guests healthy and our homes clean. Following the cleaning process, housekeepers will then disinfect properties with a hospital-grade disinfectant.
SHARED OR COMMUNITY POOLS / HOT TUBS / CLUB HOUSES: While private hot tubs remain open, most shared workout facilities, community pools, community hot tubs remain closed due to COVID-19. Nightly rates have been adjusted due to these temporary public health restrictions of amenities. Only a few shared pool/hot tub areas are open. Please email keystone@skyrun.com to get the latest info on pool closures.

The Pool is OPEN at Dakota Lodge and is planning on staying open throughout the winter. The pool will be open first come, first served with a maximum occupancy of 30 guests at any time. Due to limited amiability Skyrun can not guarantee amenity use.

8493 faces the front, quiet side of the building. A GREAT upgrade from a 1br for a family of 4-6 for just a little more as this property is aggressively priced. The condo was recently updated with new flooring, a new 48" Roku TV (perfect for watching your favorite show or movie after a long day on the slopes), a new sleeper sofa nestled next to the cozy fireplace, and a new HDTV in the master bedroom.
This 2 bedroom, 2 full bath condo is in the much desired Dakota Lodge in the heart of River Run. River Run features many restaurants, shops, bars within the charming holiday lit pedestrian mall corridor ending at the Gondola. - Here in Keystone, none of our units have air conditioning. The temperature in the Rockies cools off around 8 o'clock every night, therefore an AC is unnecessary.
