CLEANING: SkyRun is performing rigorous cleaning procedures as recommended by the CDC, AHLA, and VRMA to keep our guests healthy and our homes clean. Following the cleaning process, housekeepers will then disinfect properties with a hospital-grade disinfectant.
SHARED OR COMMUNITY POOLS / HOT TUBS / CLUB HOUSES: While private hot tubs remain open, most shared workout facilities, community pools, community hot tubs remain closed due to COVID-19. Nightly rates have been adjusted due to these temporary public health restrictions of amenities. Only a few shared pool/hot tub areas are open. This over sized corner unit is probably one of the ones you have looked at and said "I wonder what it's like to stay THERE!" It has a large floor plan and a deck that overlooks the pool. No waiting in line at the infamous single Dakota elevator during peak times for this condo, just walk down the hall from the lobby and you're there.
The living room features new furniture and the microfiber sofa pulls out to a queen size bed to sleep 2 additional people. Make yourself at home in front of the gas fireplace and play a video game in the leather recliner on the new flat screen TV which comes equipped with an old-school Nintendo 64! There is also a Bose sound stereo/CD player to play some jazz during dinner. This unit is very nicely maintained by the owner and has upgrades like a tiled entry way for taking off those wet ski boots and totally updated furniture.
The fully equipped kitchen features granite counter-tops and stainless steel appliances. Any chef would feel right at home making meals for their family, and the open floor plan makes entertaining easy. The dining room table seats 6 people comfortably.
The master bedroom features a king size bed with a memory foam mattress topper and a TV. The en suite master bathroom features double sinks and a shower/tub combination.
The guest bedroom features a queen size bed with a memory foam mattress topper and a TV. The full guest bathroom has a shower/tub combination.
This unit is perfectly located for those with kids in tow. First floor unit is so close to the lobby, year round heated outdoor pool and 2 hot tubs, and the dry sauna. Underground garage parking and free high speed internet are included!
