Guests Booking with VRBO or Directly with SkyRun Keystone
For existing reservations made before March 13, 2020 and arriving prior to May 30, 2020, email our office at firstname.lastname@example.org
with the guest reservation number, name, and dates of stay. Our office will reach out to contact you in regards to our updated cancellation policy. We are fielding a lot of questions, so please be patient as we work through our queue.
Our updated cancellation policy is as follows:
For stays arriving before May 30th, guests will be issued a credit to be used for a future stay in the same property originally booked. New reservations must be booked by 10/01/2020 and the credit is valid for a stay 365 days after the original arrival date.
If your new dates cost less than what you had originally booked you may add additional nights until the credit is used. If your new dates are more expensive we will collect the difference at time of booking.
*** Stays arriving after May 30, 2020 or reservations made after March 14, 2020 fall under the standard cancellation policy at this time.
Guests Booking Through Other Services such as Expedia.com, RedAwning.com, Booking.com, FlipKey.com or Other Sites
Please refer to the change and cancellation policy of the company in which you booked for the latest information. Guests must contact the company through which they booked to change or cancel a reservation.
