Summit County, Colorado Health Order

PLEASE BE AWARE THAT TRAVEL TO SUMMIT COUNTY IS RESTRICTED UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE

On Monday, March 17, 2020 the Summit County, Colorado  announced new business and travel restrictions. While the number of COVID-19 (Coronavirus) cases are extremely low in Summit County, these measures are being taken to protect the community from further spread. The following restrictions are in place:
  • All restaurants, bars, shops, retail stores etc. are to close. The only businesses that will be allowed to operate will be banks, gas stations, grocery stores, pharmacies, and medical services
  • The county is closing all lodging operations including hotels, condotels and private vacation rentals
  • All guests in a home within Summit County must leave the county by Thursday, March 19, 2020
  • The Summit Stage and Breck Free Ride bus lines will close by COB Monday, March 16, 2020
  • All airport shuttle service will stop at 12:00PM on Thursday, March 19, 2020
  • All county run buildings are closing by COB Monday, March 16, 2020
  • The restrictions are indefinite until they can determine an appropriate amount of time to leave them in place

We remain committed to upholding the highest standards of cleanliness, and want you to feel at ease when you visit one of our vacation rentals. Comprehensive COVID-19 guidance is in place at SkyRun, detailing how to protect against transmission of the virus.

CANCELLATION POLICIES

Travel Insurance
Guests that purchased travel insurance should contact the travel insurance company directly for reimbursement options. We cannot cancel reservations that have travel insurance.

Nationwide Mutual Insurance Co. (purchased via SkyRun): 833-610-0736

Guests Booking with Airbnb
Please refer to the Airbnb change and cancellation policy for the latest information. Guests must contact Airbnb to request a cancellation or change. Please do not contact our office before you talk to Airbnb.

Guests Booking with VRBO or Directly with SkyRun Keystone
For existing reservations made before March 13, 2020 and arriving prior to May 30, 2020, email our office at keystone@skyrun.com with the guest reservation number, name, and dates of stay. Our office will reach out to contact you in regards to our updated cancellation policy. We are fielding a lot of questions, so please be patient as we work through our queue.

Our updated cancellation policy is as follows: 

For stays arriving before May 30th, guests will be issued a credit to be used for a future stay in the same property originally booked. New reservations must be booked by 10/01/2020 and the credit is valid for a stay 365 days after the original arrival date. 

If your new dates cost less than what you had originally booked you may add additional nights until the credit is used. If your new dates are more expensive we will collect the difference at time of booking. 

*** Stays arriving after May 30, 2020 or reservations made after March 14, 2020 fall under the standard cancellation policy at this time.

Guests Booking Through Other Services such as Expedia.com, RedAwning.com, Booking.com, FlipKey.com or Other Sites
Please refer to the change and cancellation policy of the company in which you booked for the latest information. Guests must contact the company through which they booked to change or cancel a reservation. Please do not contact our office as we are not able to change, cancel or refund reservations made through those sites.

Guests Arriving AFTER May 30, 2020 or Booking AFTER March 14, 2020
Our existing cancellation policy remains in effect. We will be evaluating our policy as the situation evolves and will update this page when new information is available.
