    The deck faces the springs front circle which is rarely used since most traffic goes into the garage on the other side of the building. The hidden gem of this property is that just to the right of the deck is an exit door that you can access from inside that takes you right out to the slopes. no elevators or hallways... and you can store your gear on this deck.

Ground floor Springs unit!  Walkout access to the slopes!  Just down the hall from the lobby far enough to be quiet, close enough to have easy access to all of the Springs amenities and the skiing.

The Springs is the most popular building in Keystone for two reasons.  1) The Amenities 2) you're a 60 second walk to the new River Run gondola.  Treat yourself to 'close' and try the Spring this season.

 One of the best features of this condo is the easy access to the outdoors.  Just turn left out of your door and walk out the side building door that few know about and walk 60 seconds to the gondola.  Your private access to the slopes.  You can easily store your gear on your deck even.  Perfect for dropping in for a quick bite of lunch or a hot cocoa next to your instant-on gas fireplace.  Your private ski lodge near the gondola...  In addition to the convenience, think of the money you can save by eating in.
