Located in the popular Silver Mill building in River Run, 8234 is a large one bedroom corner unit on the quiet side of the building that is sure to please! For those who want value and the perfect location, this is a great choice!

Get away from it all in this perfectly located Silver Mill condo! This one bedroom, 650 square foot corner condo has stunning views of the mountains in North Keystone from your own private balcony and is on the greatly desired "quiet side" of the building. Make yourself at home in the roomy living room which boasts lots of windows from plenty of sunshine. The sofa even pulls out to a queen size bed, sleeping 2 addtional people. Cuddle up in front of the roaring gas fireplace or watch a DVD on the TV.

The well appointed kitchen is perfect for preparing your meals at home. Serve your family at the dining room table, which seats up to 4 people. Plenty of room for everyone and a great use of space on this floorplan.

The master bedroom has a new pillow top queen size bed, and a new flat screen TV. The attached over sized bathroom features a shower/tub combination.

Silver Mill is only a 2 minute walk to the new high speed gondola, and has fantastic amenities.
